Data Protection Policy and Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data
THE COMPANY has, as its main priority, the protection of the personal data that it processes and it is continuously in compliance with the applicable legislation on the Protection of Personal Data.
We invite you to read THE COMPANY’s present data protection policy carefully so as to familiarize yourself sufficiently with regard to the type of data that we process and, following that, in order to grant us your consent for the processing of your data and the issuance of the annual card and/or the dispatch of informational materials.
1. General information and the Data Controller
ATTICA ZOOLOGICAL PARK A.E., which has its registered seat at Yalou, Spata, post code 19004, Tax Identification Number 094508298 (hereinafter the “Company”) is the controller for the collection, storage and processing, in general, of the users’ personal data, as they are collected and stored on the company’s file server. The company is legally represented by Mr. Jean Jacques Lesueur.
2. What personal data of yours do we collect and how?
We receive the personal data that you give us for the issuance of the annual card, namely your first name and surname, photograph, email address and mobile phone number.

4. General terms of personal data processing
The Company, as the personal data controller, collects the required personal data of its customers only when this is necessary for the particular purpose of processing and always following the relevant notification of users. Its customers’ data are not used for the creation of a profile.
5. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the applicable legislation, customers have the following rights:
- To be informed regarding the processing of their personal data;
- To request the rectification, modification or erasure of their personal data;
- To object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of direct commercial product promotion;
- To request that some of their data be transmitted either to themselves or to another controller.
The requests pertaining to the exercise of the aforementioned user rights may be sent to the Company’s Data Protection Officer (“DPO”), at the electronic address aspa@atticapark.gr
Customers may also file complaints regarding the exercise of their rights before the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr)
6. Retention of personal data
The personal data of customers are retained solely and exclusively for the time period that is required for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they have been collected at each instance, in full compliance with the applicable legislation. Once the purpose for the processing of your personal data has been fulfilled, said data are deleted.
7. Data recipients – Transmissions outside the EU
The recipients of the personal data of customers are the Company itself and, where the relevant legal conditions are met, its related companies under the same company group (for example, for the purpose of storing personal data because of the common use of IT systems).

The Company may disclose a subject’s personal data if this is required by law, court or regulatory decree, so as to seek legal remedies or when it needs to protect its website.
The Company may use third party suppliers or associates for the processing of personal data, who act on its behalf for the above-mentioned processing purposes.
Said third parties may be resident in Greece or in countries within the EU or anywhere else in the world. When personal data are stored by us outside the EU, we guarantee a sufficient level of protection for the personal data that are transmitted in accordance with the applicable legislation, and we require service providers to utilize the appropriate measures for the protection of the privacy and security of personal data. Should the transmission of personal data to a third country is requested, meaning a country outside the EU or to an international organization, you will be notified prior to their transmission, in accordance with what is set out in the current legislative framework.
8. Data security
The Company assures its customers that it takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures for the security of their personal data, for ensuring the confidentiality of their processing and for protecting them against any accidental or unlawful destruction/loss/alteration, unlawful disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
Although every effort is made for the protection of personal data, the Company cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted on its website, as the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely safe.
9. Applicable law
For any dispute arising from the use of the present website, Greek courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
The present Data Protection Policy has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. In the event of an update, all changes shall be posted on the official website of the COMPANY and shall bear the date of the revision.

Πολιτική προστασίας και έντυπο συγκατάθεσης για την επεξεργασίας δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα
Η ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ έχει ως βασική προτεραιότητά την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων, τα οποία επεξεργάζεται και συμμορφώνεται διαρκώς με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία για την Προστασία Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.

1. Γενικές πληροφορίες και υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας
Η «ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΖΩΟΛΟΓΙΚΟ ΠΑΡΚΟ Α.Ε.» που εδρεύει στην Θέση Γιαλού Σπατών, ΤΚ 19004, ΑΦΜ 094508298 (στο εξής η «Εταιρεία»), είναι ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας για τη συλλογή, αποθήκευση και εν γένει επεξεργασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων των χρηστών, όπως αυτά συλλέγονται και αποθηκεύονται στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα της εταιρείας. Η εταιρεία εκπροσωπείται νομίμως από τον κ. Ζαν Ζακ Λεσουέρ.
2. Ποια προσωπικά δεδομένα σας συλλέγουμε και πώς
Λαμβάνουμε τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που μας χορηγείτε για την έκδοση της ετήσιας κάρτας, ήτοι ονοματεπώνημο, φωτογραφία, email, κινητό.

4. Γενικοί όροι επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων
Η Εταιρεία, ως υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων, συλλέγει τα απαραίτητα προσωπικά δεδομένα των πελατών μόνο όταν αυτό είναι απαραίτητο για συγκεκριμένο σκοπό επεξεργασίας και πάντα κατόπιν σχετικής ενημέρωσης των χρηστών. Τα στοιχεία των πελατών δεν χρησιμοποιούνται για τη δημιουργία προφίλ.
5. Δικαιώματα των υποκειμένων
Ο πελάτης έχει, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, τα παρακάτω δικαιώματα
-να ενημερωθεί σχετικά με την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών του δεδομένων,
-να ζητήσει την διόρθωση αυτών, την αλλαγή τους ή τη διαγραφή τους
-να εναντιωθεί στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών του δεδομένων για λόγους απευθείας εμπορικής προώθησης προϊόντων
-να ζητήσει να μεταφερθούν κάποια από τα δεδομένα του στον ίδιο ή σε άλλο υπεύθυνο επεξεργασίας
Τα σχετικά με την ενάσκηση των ως άνω δικαιωμάτων αιτήματα των χρηστών μπορούν να αποστέλλονται στον Υπεύθυνο Προστασίας Δεδομένων («DPO») της Εταιρείας στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση aspa@atticapark.gr
Οι πελάτες μπορούν επίσης να υποβάλουν παράπονα στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα σχετικά με την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων τους (www.dpa.gr)
6. Διατήρηση προσωπικών δεδομένων
Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα των πελατών διατηρούνται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για το χρονικό διάστημα που απαιτείται για την εκπλήρωση του κάθε φορά σκοπού για τον οποίο συνελέγησαν, σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία. Όταν ολοκληρωθεί ο σκοπός επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων, τότε αυτά διαγράφονται.
7. Αποδέκτες των δεδομένων- Διαβιβάσεις εκτός ΕΕ
Αποδέκτες των προσωπικών δεδομένων των πελατών είναι η ίδια η Εταιρεία και, εφόσον συντρέχουν οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις,, οι συνδεδεμένες με αυτήν εταιρείες του ομίλου (π.χ. για το σκοπό της αποθήκευσης προσωπικών δεδομένων λόγω κοινής χρήσης των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων).
Η Εταιρεία ενδέχεται να κοινοποιήσει προσωπικά δεδομένα των υποκειμένων εφόσον απαιτείται από το νόμο, δικαστική ή κανονιστική απόφαση, προκειμένου να ασκήσει ένδικα βοηθήματα ή όταν οφείλει να προστατέψει τον διαδικτυακό της τόπο.
Η Εταιρεία ενδέχεται να χρησιμοποιεί για την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων τρίτους παρόχους ή συνεργάτες που ενεργούν για λογαριασμό της για τους παραπάνω αναφερόμενους σκοπούς επεξεργασίας
Αυτά τα τρίτα μέρη μπορεί να βρίσκονται στην Ελλάδα ή σε χώρες εντός ΕΕ ή οπουδήποτε στον κόσμο. Όταν προσωπικά δεδομένα αποθηκεύονται από εμάς εκτός ΕΕ, εξασφαλίζουμε ένα επαρκές επίπεδο προστασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων που μεταφέρονται σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και απαιτούμε από τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών να χρησιμοποιούν τα κατάλληλα μέτρα για την προστασία της εμπιστευτικότητας και της ασφάλειας των προσωπικών δεδομένων. Εφόσον απαιτηθεί διαβίβαση προσωπικών δεδομένων σε τρίτη χώρα, δηλαδή σε χώρα εκτός της ΕΕ ή σε διεθνή οργανισμό θα ενημερωθείτε πριν την διαβίβασή τους, σύμφωνα με όσα προβλέπονται στο ισχύον νομοθετικό πλαίσιο.
8. Ασφάλεια δεδομένων
Η Εταιρεία διαβεβαιώνει τους πελάτες ότι λαμβάνει όλα τα κατάλληλα τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα για την ασφάλεια των προσωπικών δεδομένων τους, για τη διασφάλιση του απορρήτου της επεξεργασίας τους και της προστασίας τους από τυχαία ή αθέμιτη καταστροφή/απώλεια/αλλοίωση, απαγορευμένη διάδοση ή πρόσβαση και κάθε άλλης μορφής αθέμιτη επεξεργασία.
Αν και καταβάλλεται κάθε προσπάθεια για την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων, η Εταιρεία δεν μπορεί να εγγυηθεί την ασφάλεια των δεδομένων που μεταδίδονται στον διαδικτυακό της τόπο, καθώς η μετάδοση πληροφοριών μέσω του διαδικτύου δεν μπορεί να είναι ποτέ απόλυτα ασφαλής.
9. Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο
Για οποιαδήποτε διαφορά ανακύψει από τη χρήση του παρόντος διαδικτυακού τόπου, αποκλειστικά αρμόδια θα είναι τα ελληνικά δικαστήρια.
10. Τροποποιήσεις
Η παρούσα Πολιτική Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων έχει συνταχθεί κατ’ εφαρμογή των διατάξεων του Γενικού Κανονισμού για την προστασία Προσωπικών Δεδομένων με αριθμ. 2016/679/ΕΕ. Σε περίπτωση επικαιροποίησης οποιαδήποτε αλλαγή θα αναρτηθεί στον επίσημο διαδικτυακό τόπο της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ και θα φέρει ημερομηνία αναθεώρησης.
